A little bit about Kathy...

For the past 27 years, Kathy has been a successful Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Broker.  She began her sales career selling new manufactured homes.  Then she expanded her market to include used mobile/manufactured homes.  During that time, she again expanded her market to include the residential home market as well. 

Kathy is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a licensed Real Estate Agent, and is an active member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors as well as a  member of the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for Realtors. 

Kathy also is a licensed HCD Mobile Home Dealer.

Kathy has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in Single Family Homes, Town Homes, Condos, and of course, Mobile/Manufactured Homes.  

Having been a manufactured home owner herself, Kathy has first hand experience in the manufactured home market, as well as manufactured home park living.
